Metered overage
Past your monthly email allowance, additional sends are billed at $1.00 per 1,000 on Pro and $0.80 per 1,000 on Scale. Free has no overage - it stops at its cap. No surprise per-seat charges.
EU-resident by default
Every plan runs in eu-west-2 (London). Data residency is not gated behind an enterprise contract - it is the default.
Machine-readable pricing
/pricing.json exposes these plans, limits and overage rates in JSON so an agent can compare and self-select a plan, machine-to-machine.
Pricing questions
Is there a free tier?
Yes, with no credit card. The Free plan includes the full REST API, MCP server and signed webhooks, 3 inboxes on the shared in.threadcamp.com domain, 1 forward-only custom domain, 1,000 emails/mo (100/day), scoped API keys, sandbox test mode and 7-day message retention.
What counts as an email?
Each outbound send via POST /v1/emails counts as one email against your monthly allowance, per recipient message accepted for delivery. Inbound mail received into an inbox and forwards through Routes are not charged against the send allowance.
How does overage work?
Once you pass your plan's monthly email allowance, additional sends are metered: $1.00 per 1,000 emails on Pro and $0.80 per 1,000 on Scale. The Free plan has no overage - it stops at its cap. Overage rates are published here and in /pricing.json.
Can agents self-select a plan?
Yes. /pricing.json exposes the same plan data (prices, limits, features and overage rates) in a machine-readable form, so an autonomous agent can compare tiers and pick one without scraping this page.
